I can not access my new emails since last night.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: bell Canada provides my internet, and hot mail provides my mail
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no, the junk mail seems to be working and I can send emails but the new emails seem to be frozen--so far there are 12 new emails since last night that I can not receive
