Customer Question

I forgot my password ***** my FB page. I have one old account which I do not use anymore (Lori Gunter Smith) and I have another page (Lori Smith (Gunter) - the (Gunter is under my name). My opening page has no information because I tried to enter it and it made all my information go away. I guess I have been a "permanent visitor" on the Lori Smith (Gunter) page. I tried to change my password ***** it create another page but all my data (pictures, posts sent, posts rec'd) are gone. How do I get my working page back and also add my personal info to the login page?
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: About a week ago, I think.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Microsoft and other automatic updates do it on their own. I also updated my AVG Anti-Virus Software b/c mine expired.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I want all my pictures and posts back! Especially on my only grandchild - from his birth on...he just turned one year old. I want to have a valid, completed login page.....without losing my data!

Hello Lori, this is Martin, how are you?

If you're contacting me from your computer I can take a look and see if the passwords are recoverable.

Alternatively, we can try and reset them if you've added your cell phone as a recovery option.
