my caps lock was on when I tried to login and now I can't seem to find a way to set a new password ***** deleting all my data? I think I just need the prompt to set a new password ***** come up again. Thanks. Charlotte
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: the screen with the request to set up a new password ***** show up - I guess I tried it too many times with the caps lock on. I will email a request if I can access that prompt.

Customer: I have a new computer and all is not yet installed. I guess the answer is no.
