I have purchased Roxio and am trying to make a copy of a Christmas CD for a friend. I actually did this once before...and it worked. Today I cannot get it to work. I think my software is registered, but can't check it.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: DELL Desktop
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I usually say OK to any updates. Running Windows 10.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Thank you...I just want to make a copy for a friend with Altzeimers (true) who is not allowed to drive and enjoys the things like this that I can send to her. Again, it's strange because I got it to work once before.
