I bought a new computer and I can not get it to work for me. Need to know how to get it set up.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Surface 3 Model No 1645
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Just got it and have it charged and it is not letting me do anything just yet. My name and password ***** ***** it but then it kept telling me I am putting the wrong password ***** it and that is not true. I am confused.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you? What confuses you?
Customer: Try to put the M. password ***** and it isn't taking anything right now.
