I have two AVG anti-virus systems installed on my desk top

Customer Question

I have two AVG anti-virus systems installed on my desk top computer. I keep getting messages saying that I am not fully covered and I should install the updates. Every attempt to do this fails. Please help.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I can do the the basics but wouldn't regard myself as experienced by a long means.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: For AVG. No.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Usually, you would install only one antivirus system as multiple systems can cause conflict.

What's the full error message?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Thank you. Did this first issue occur before or after installing Windows 10?

Can I connect remotely to your computer, so I can fix the AVG antivirus issue directly and quickly on your computer for you?

Please let me know; we guarantee our service. Thank you,

ORDER ID - 16856801-763. I gave my credit card details to pay $5 to get advice on a problem with my computer. When I was told the expert would have to enter my computer remotely to fix the problem I said I didn't want to proceed any further. They also wanted to charge me an additional $51.00. However the amounts of $5.00 and $51.00 have been debited to my credit card account. Please refund the $51.00 and close any connection I have with your organization. Thank you.
