Customer Question

the icons on my computer suddenly enlarged themselves. they won't decrease even when adjusting the size though the settings. every other window is running correctly so it's not interfering with my web browser. the computer is also running a little off since that happened. I even want to factory default and the problem is still there.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: its an alienware area 51 and after I reset it reverted to windows 8
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not that i'm aware of and I even put it back to factory default
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not that I can think of

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean everything is showing / working fine except that all the icons on the Desktop screen are large?

- Have you tried this first solution: Please right-click on an empty space on your Desktop screen, then select the option View, then click on the option Medium icons or option Small icons?
