When you say you are unable to sign into your microsoft account on your Sony Vaio.

Do you mean you cant start the computer, because it needs your microsoft account password?

Or, can you make it to windows but its only your microsoft account online, you cant sign into.

Before I can call you, I have to send and have the phone support offer accepted. I sent it at the lowest value possible.

Once you accept the offer, please include your phone number in the contact info " enter contact info" section.. And then please message me after you have accepted the phone call offer, and after you have added your phone number.. As it wont alert me when you add your phone number, so please message so i can take your number down!
