My internet connection for email is not working properly. Is there a problem on my line?
JA: Have you tested the connections by doing a ping utility test?
Customer: I don't know what that is
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I believe my computer (Windows 10) updates everything automatically
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Re: emails - I have to try connecting at least twice before it works, and then it cuts off my outgoing emails in the middle of typing them.
