I have NORTON protection which is activated. But I keep getting an email that says "Firewall Alert", needs to syncronize passphrase, etc. and as I am elderly I don't have a clue of how to do that. Can you help me?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: I have a Hewlett Packard computer and use NORTON
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Only if it has been suggested I do so and make it immediately available.
