I took my computer to Best Buy for a servicing and when I got it back, I lost my Google history CAPABILITY. They looked at it and didn't know why or how to fix it. It simply will not give me any search history.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP Pavilion P7-1236s Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, Windows did it automatically
