Computer I purchesed recently (second hand) is locked. Message at start up reads "Please input password ***** Hitachi HTS545032B9A" How do I reset so I can use this computer?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: emachine by Acer E525 a sticker says it has Windows 7
