I changed the HD and install the Operation System,

I changed the HD and install the Operation System, everything seems alright then I noticed the IE8 was stuck so I update to IE11. It was already until I tried on install Google Earth, it said that "mode not supported-Try OpenGL" not avail. Windows Update was RED X so I tried to Update, no avail, it seem it stuck on IE8. I can't not go forward. What can I doing??
