Following Win 10 update, I have no sound; and I have troubleshooted, checked the device manager and driver updates, cleaned, defragged, etc., but still no sound.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: A friend built it 2 years ago.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yesterday. That's when the problem started. It was fine until then.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

Hey there, I'm Tim and will be assisting you, the windows 10 upgrade causes, many, many problems....have you tried deleting the sound card from device manager, rebooting and then reinstalling drivers?
