My problem is with my old email***@******.***.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: I got locked out of everything when I had tech support after being hacked. I can't remember my gmail password ***** none of the passwords I've used recently have worked. I can't remember my old yahoo mail password ***** so can't get the access code. And I recently had to change my cell phone number.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Updates have been installed within the week but I don't think since I got locked out. Vision

Hi there, I'm Tim and will be assisting you, saddly if you do not know the security questions, have an alternative email address, or a cell # tied to the account, it is lost. Those are the only three ways back in if you forgot your password, or if it was hacked and someone changed the password....sorry for the bad news.
