I changed my Google password ***** my computer, I was prompted to change that same prompt on my iPhone. It all generalized. Now I try to get into my Chromebook and it will not accept the changed password. What to do?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It is a Toshiba Chromebook 2
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, I don't think so. I have been forced to make this password ***** and resisted as I liked my old password, but finally accepted the change, but do not want two step verification. Things are too complicated already
