Let me know in what screen it has stopped the Disk Clean.

Or, select the Disk Cleanup window with a single click of the mouse.

Then, hold down the Alt key, and press PrtScrn key, once.

Then go to


program, and hold down Ctrl key, and press V. The Disk Cleanup window's appearance should appear in the Paint program window. Then go to


Save As

and save the 'screen grab' of the Disk Cleanup window, to a file name where you can find it easily.

Then Reply to me, and use the paperclip icon in the Reply editor, to attach that file that contains the appearance or screen-grab of the Disk Cleanup window.

That way I can tell what is going on, I think.
