Customer Question

On my iPad I have the Google Photos App. A folder in this app says that there are 183 photos in it, but when I look at the same folder on my computer it says that there are 162 photos in that folder. What is going on here?
JA: How old is your iPad, and what model are you using?
Customer: Maybe 4 yrs. Its an iPad air and has the latest ios 10.1.1 software. To complicate the matter I also have Picassa 3.0 and the same folder in it has an even different number.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, I have the latest update.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I tried loading Google Photos on to my computer but all I end up with a folder that says Google Photos Backup. I'm trying to get all my photos into Google Photos but can't seem to do that.
