have new laptop and will not accept my password. and i have tried every password ***** i can remember. i have also tried to reset password ***** they require old password. want to text me a code but do not have an iphone. it would take a phonecall. have had this comp. for a week now and cannot use it - other comp. is ready to crash, - very old.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: it said about 4 months ago
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: oh yes, when i tried to connect this morning said i wasn't on the internet so had to plug it in
