My tablet 80NR is under warranty and needs to be replaced or repaired. I attemptted to contact the lenovo /contact site but could not be found. I've spent a bit of time on this and am getting more frustrated. I have been a good customer of IBM/lenovo and don't understand why this so difficult. To add insult to enjury I'm a shareholder as well. How to I get my tablet replaced or repaired. The serial number is *****

Customer: 001 WUS windows./
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: only those that have that have been downloaded by the softwares on the computer. Nothing has been added lately since I haven't used it in the last month./ This the first time I've had to contact the company/
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think the issue may be the on / off switch or system. Additionally if I'm on a page it will suddenly go black.
