Customer: Mac Book pro using comcast, Safari and Goggle Chrome.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?

George, I'm Tim. I need more info, but this is 99.9% a scam, give them nothing.

No one ever calls from Microsoft, or anywhere else, this has been a big scam where they ask for remote access and either encrypt them all so you can not use them and hold them for a ransom of about 500.00 USD and even when paid do nothing, Or they connect, install software that gives them permanent access to your PC, and proceed to steel all private info, like Credit card info, tax returns, etc.
