I have no access to my e-mails I have really messed up my passwords recovery options ??
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I tried the free password ***** now, but that doesn't get me to my ppasr e-mails. other than that mistake, last week I spoke to a tech and got a new password, it worked when we were speaking, but later was refused.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Recently, about a month age, I fell for a scam- and let someone gain access to my computer. My son did something to correct that, I don't know what he did , but assured me he changed something and that my computer was safe from the scammer.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: You must know that I am practically illerate in computer tech I am 86 y.o.and prefer the phone.
