My suspicion is that activating the second magic jack created a second account and your balance
resides in the account for the broken device.
Ok. When you added the $35.00 to the account did you do so by logging in to the MagicJack site?
Log back in to your MagicJack account and click the Live Help tab at the top of the page
and fill in the information and start a chat session. That would be the quickest way to resolve this.
