Screen freezes....cannot X out of websites frequently....receive frequent message boxes closing down websites...prefer to discuss over phone...***-***-****
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Lenovo desktop
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: think so
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: had assure service plan...think it expired....also computer seems slow at times...internet provider Comcast checked its service...said not its fault
