My computer at the present time is ok. I did receive a message from the outlook team informing me that I had reported spam and my account would be deactivated. I was given an option. I was asked to let them know if I had requested a deactivation. I did not respond to either of the questions because I wasn't sure if it was also spam. I attempted to use the auto system, but could not get to an area that could provide help.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: The email is dated 11/3 and it went to my junk mail.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, my computer froze and I could not do anything with it. I received a message indicating that I needed to update the system. This was done in August by Pro Care.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have received one other message, but I ignored it.
