I have spent the day trying to get my new mobile authenticated by The Gateway. I have phoned the support line, visited the store all with no luck. I use the Telstra gateway for my at home services however I have a Vodaphone service for all other purposes. Can you help
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Lenovo, the phone is Xperia (Sony)

Are you getting any error message while connecting ? Did you try connecting using other Gateway or Device combination ?
