When I try to turn my Asus all in one desktop on, all I get

Customer Question

When I try to turn my Asus all in one desktop on, all I get is a black screen. Also, the keyboard and mouse are not responding. But the power light is on and I can hear the fan working.
JA: Soon. I'm trying to find the right computer technician for you right now. As soon as they are ready, I will let you know. Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Asus? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 10 and where do I find the model of the computer?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It's less then a week old

I tried that before I contacted your company. It didn't work.

If you just bought it less than a week ago, it should still be under warranty & eligible for free tech support.

Where did you purchase it from?
