Recently had a hajor mestdown and the tech fixed it. Now the Canon printer (USB) won't print and the troubleshooter says there is no driver. I unplug and joy
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? Have you had problems with the USB port in the past?
Customer: HP Don't know model never had USB trrouble
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not me but maybe the tech did something. I know all my desktop icon files disappeared
