No, It was an email that was really blurry, you couldn't even read the IP address that was give from Germany. It just said I needed to call Microsoft or go to their web page and fill out a complaint form. they gave me a phone # of(###) ###-####and a code of A23257. I have been dealing with a hacker for about 2 years and I'm not letting anybody near my computer.

Microsoft never calls any customer and if you want to verify you can open google and check for Microsoft toll free number. The email which you got may have a different number where you can call and they can lure you and make you understand the your computer is at risk and they can extort $300 to $500 from you and will disappear.
