Is there currently any issue using your computer, besides the Chrome issue?

If you use another internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, or Safari, or Firefox, if you have, does it work fine?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Can you please try the following steps for fixing the Chrome issue:

- In Chrome program, click on the 3-dot (or 3-bar) icon at the upper right corner, then click on Settings

, then scroll down to bottom, then click on Show advanced settings if shown

, then scroll down to the bottom again, then click on Reset settings

, then click on Reset

, then wait a bit, then check.

- If needed, close Chrome program, then re-open it and check.
