Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Can you tell me which version of Windows you are using or are you on a Mac?

Expert:  Byron replied 9 months ago.

This will work on any version of Windows. On your keyboard, hold down the Windows logo key (just to the left of the spacebar)

and press R.

The Run box will open.

In the text area type: netplwiz and click OK.

Left click your user account once such that it turns blue.

Remove the checkmark from the box labeled "Users must enter a user name and password ***** use this computer"

Click Apply. Enter your password ***** requested (twice)

and click OK. Click OK to close the User Accounts window and restart your machine.

Let me know the result please.
