I need a complete check-up. I have a lifetime contract. Haven't been able to contact tech support Please HELP
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: xfinity comcast
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no - however, Bask keeps saying I'm behind. I want this taken off my computer as I don't have their service.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: messages roll fast, then normal, then skips while on facebook. also,unable to go to previous or next page when using arrow, etc.
