I am trying to sync this computer with Google Drive files on another computer. About two months ago, the files stopped syncing.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: Quite a bit.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I recently deleted a Google account because the name was misspelled and it was confusing. I set up a new Google account and I'm afraid that may have something to do with it.

I did a little more searching and it looks like Google is only providing a page to submit in writing. That link is:
