its not my printer its the computer. I have spoken to techs earlier and untanged wires to do a test for sould but no suond
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: oh I just got it about a month 1/2 ago. Its a new Lenovo windows 10
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: windows 10, which is brand new to me
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: all night long. I was working with different techs earlier and finally disconnected with them and worked for 2 1/2 hours to untangle wiring. the main issue is computer SOUND NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PRINTER AT THIS TIME
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: YES working with issue involving AOL, NOT RECEIVING SOUND, and state is URGENT as I need to CONNECT WITH SEMINAR at 8:30 MST
