JA: Hi. What is your issue regarding?
Customer: I am trying to get call forwarding to my line line. l paid the $10.00. He will be calling from Afghanistan, and I don't believe you have my right phone # down, and I have been working on this for hours. The $10.00 has went through on my bank statement. PLEASE help me.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Desk top HP All IN One (Windows 8.1)
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I went into to the tools, and options, went to call, then call forwarding. I got to the page finally after my name to put in the telephone #. But said I couldn't do that without sending a request, and from there, I am totally lost. I don't know if you have my new telephone # or not.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I'm just very sick and trying to get this done. Will this cost me anything?
