Customer Question

Hi Andy. I had a Win10 update 2 weeks ago. It took place at night. In the morning it started blue screen and switching of. Eventually I ended with a Refresh. Now when I do a Dell scan, it says my HD needs to be replaced, but I hear it may be repairable?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Dell? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Inspiron 15 3000 Series
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: i7
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I did on the 26th and 27th. I uninstalled 27th
