No problem with my computer. We are having trouble making calls on(###) ###-#### Can you help. We get a dial tone and I enter the number but it goes silent.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Are you referring to the telephone?
JA: No. I'm the Computer Technician's Assistant.
Customer: I don't understand what my computer has to do with the phone line?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Sorry I had to talk to my husband. No updates.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
