Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Do you see the keyboard on the screen, or on the lower part of the screen, but it is all numbers?

If so, look for the key on that displayed keyboard, that reads

'A B C'

or something similar. Touch that key once... and the keyboard will change to letters instead of numbers. And you can then enter letters with that on-screen keyboard.

If this isn't the case, or if this doesn't work for you, let me know some needed specifics, to make my next attempt at an answer better than a (good-ish) guess:

- what phone do you have? an Android type, or an iPhone or maybe iPad type?

- why can you enter numbers but no letters, in detail, please?

( If this answers your question, please rate my answer. A five-star rating would be appreciated!
