JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: popped up asking some questions - i thought i answered correctly but now can not access my gmail account - a lot has changed since we first signed up in 2013 and i suspect that's one of the problems at age 76 i tend to forget things i don't write down - help !!
