Customer Question

I have an Ideapad 110 that I purchased in July. Trying to change the font on the computer, I apparently disconnected the keyboard so that I could not type in anything. Then, on top of that, I erased my password, so now I can't get in to my computer to change anything at all. Do you have any hope for me?

Hi Elizabeth, my name is ***** ***** welcome to JustAnswer!

It sounds like you may need to attempt a factory reset on the machine. Do you have any data on the computer that you can't afford to lose?
