Hello! My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today.

Have you checked to make sure that the headphone jack is all the way in? Mine do that when the adapter isn't plugged all the way in there. Sometimes you can't tell until you look close. Especially with Samsung and Apple headphones if you are using those.

Hello, My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. I would like you to try something: right-click on the speaker icon on the lower right corner of the screen and select playback devices. Tell me what you see listed. I would also like to know which device is checked as the default device.
