Browser could not be identified" keeps coming up when I try to fill in log in page with one password. What happened?
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: No...didn't see that. Could you resend to me?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Just on all my mac products. Don't recall updating one password.
