put in new peer to peer fileserver windows 7 pro 64 and now workstaions cannot open even though it is open in multiuser mode on file server

Customer: it is custom built with ASUS mb and intel i3 cpu, windows 7 pro 64

Customer: installed the updates for qb that it indicated were needed
