I can't create a Lenovo account.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Lenovo? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 10. it's a Z51 laptop
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no. the system is brand new and in order to do anything on the Lenovo site I must create a login account
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I worked with on line chat support and supposedly he bumped it up to a higher support level, but I haven't heard from them. I have a transcript of the session
