see the problem is not getting to the mary kay site it's getting the site to allow me to log in to the site, so that i can do my orders. and when i googled for tech support for mary kay your company came up as able to assist . so that what i am hoping for.

no i called mary kay's tech support and they told me how to clear out browser caches and my cookies (that Michelle didn't, although I had asked how to do it!) and the history junk that was interfering with my logging on situation.
