my phone just went into emergency call mode, I do not have a code to open it and now do not have access to anything.

My apologies for the delay.. I was looking up information on my end..

Before we try anything drastic.. lets try the following first.

Shut the phone off.. Then, open and remove the battery.. Then, pull the sim card out, and reinsert it.

Then put the battery back in.. And turn the phone on..

Does it still go straight to emergency call mode?

Please respond and let me know the outcome, whether this works or not.

Your phone has either A.. run out of service time, or more likely.. your phone lost its network connection and needs to be reprovisioned.

This number is ***** till 1145 pm.. Another 2 and a half hours. You need to call in here

And have them reprovision the phone for the network.. That will fix the issue.

Understood.. As I said the more likely issue here is your phone needs to be re-provisioned on the network.

To do that, You must call in to the number I gave you.. They are open for another 2 hours and 45 minutes. Here is the number again
