I was paying a bill & now all my settings have changed. Can't remember email password & the system isn't accepting my father's birth place & I need help
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: My previous settings were automatic, so I haven't used my password ***** a few weeks. I recent changed it. Remember the old one not the new one
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: When I was trying to pay the bill. I saved a site (Bling) & have lost all my Optus settings
