Microsoft Windows: My husband is signed on as himself in

Customer Question

Microsoft Windows: My husband is signed on as himself in Windows Live. However, I cannot log onto Windows live as the Administrator. It seems that rather than change person's name to log in, he simply typed in HIS Sign On address.
I cannot seem to log on.
My desktop does not appear (His desktop has taken over mine)
My files seem to have disappeared. My libraries no longer exist, and my hard drive “C” no longer is working.
Any assistance you can provide would be wonderful.

I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?

Does this issue occur even if you shut down / restart the computer?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
