Sorry I was away, I am back now.

What OS are you using?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Windows 10
Eudora 7.1
I went into the directory and copies the entire eudora folder to the desktop. Then I returned to directory and removed the in.toc files. I then reopened eudora but the 2016 emails are still not there
I began this process a few days ago, but was travelling and couldn't go through a thorough retrieval process.
I am running windows 10 and Eudora 7.1 is my email program
I experienced a power blip and lost all of my 2016 in box, with the exception of messages that I had yet to download at the time.
I have begun a protocol to retrieve them, but need some guidance.
I have copied the directory (the entire directory) to my desk top and then gone in the folder and deleted the in.toc folders (not the in.mbx) folders. I restarted Eudora but this did not work.
