JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: ASUS M32CD Desktop
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: This is a new unit about 1 month old which was subject to a hacker worm from connection to another computer on the internet. After A tech's help could not resolve problem I would inquire about an installation disc.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Right now I would like to obtain an installation disc. It did not come thru an amazon supplier. I already have a tech guy on reserve I am paying.
JA: Sorry about that. I must have missed it. Could you tell me again?
Customer: I purchased the unit thru amazon's third party ... It came without any way of reinstalling the install disc. I already have a tech support contract.
